Sad news for male haters, Crime Against Women decreasing !

Why should a decrease in crime against women be sad news ? Well not for me, but for majority of the anti-male people in the Indian state of Maharashtra, this fact is very hard to digest. Without the cheap publicity gimmick of rising crime against women. Many worthless public figures would have little else to crow about. "Crime Against Women" is constantly used by many incompetent and corrupt politicians and publicity hungry film actors, to show that they are doing something good for the society. And how do they do this ? They try to exaggerate facts, distort incidences, and then to show their magnanimity, they help the "victims" of these alleged crime. To project themselves as messiah for women. They propose and create new laws to help these alleged victims. There is a class of people, whose bread and butter depends on the gains they make from the myth of crime against women. These people will loose their money and fame, if the myth of crime against women is busted. The crime statistics of Maharashtra for the year 2011 are available for download.

Below is the trend. Please check the trend of previous years too.

The oft repeated Dowry Death story is a hoax in real life. Please note that if a wife dies within seven years of marriage, Indian law permits police to register it as dowry death. The 2011 figure is 339. The dismal conviction rate of 15.35 percent, shows how false most of these cases are. The conviction rate has risen from the previous 6.69 % to hide the incompetency of the legal machinery. With proper legal aid, most of these cases turn how to be false. Is there any remedy for the innocents who are branded as accused and vilified in public ?

While Amir Khan, and the likes would like people to believe in the false propaganda, that female foeticide is a pressing problem. The statistics are miserable on that front. The rise in numbers is because any abandoned infant is being termed as female infanticide. Sorry to hurt the feelings of those, who want to live in the false pop-corn reality.

About Maharashtra :: The state is ruled by a coalition of  two parties Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).  NCP is trying to promote Ms. Supriya Sule, daughter of the state's powerful politician Sharad Pawar. Ms. Supriya Sule is very focussed on women's issues like female foeticide, and infanticide. NCP makes sure, that these issues get major media coverage. The above statistics shows how serious the issues are. This helps divert the attention of general public from far serious issues like inefficient and corrupt governance, poverty, suicides of males, etc.

Taliban in India - Gulaabi Gang

When men resort to violence, they are termed as criminals and terrorists. When women resort to violence, they become goddesses.
There is a group of  women in India, going by the name of Gulaabi Gang. Gulaabi is a hindi word, and means "pink". As is usual for feminist group, this group does, what feminists do best. Resort to verbal and physical abuse of helpless men, play the victim card, and demand freebies.

Let's take a look at what this gang does.Their home page (http://www.gulabigang.in) depicts women wielding sticks, and training in the art of combat using sticks. However, Gulaabi Gang is not branded as a terrorist organization. It is termed progressive. Violence in any form is to be condemned. But this rule doesn't applies to the likes of Gulaabi Gang.

"The Gulabi Gang was initially intended to punish oppressive husbands, fathers and brothers, and combat domestic violence and desertion. The members of the gang would accost male offenders and prevail upon them to see reason. The more serious offenders were publicly shamed when they refused to listen or relent. Sometimes the women resorted to their lathis, if the men resorted to use of force."
Taliban does something similar. If only sometimes the women resort to lathi's(sticks) would that be their poster image ? In fact, unasked for violence is the main thing that this gang actually does. If a women is publicly shamed it becomes national news in India. While men, are meant to be publicly shamed.

The actions of Gulaabi Gang also reiterates the long held fact, that most women organization are good for nothing. They are always destructive in their intent, and to the society.

Some logical minded fool raises the question, that how come these seemingly semi-literate women, could design such a website. Or have funds to get it done. And why would they be so keen to advertise themselves. For that you have to look at http://www.socialsolutions.in/ The real face behind this Gulaabi Gang website. Seems they are keen only on one aspect, fund-raising. Which is at the root of almost all of womens organization. Their mantra is simple, Play the victim card, and raise money. Create a false propaganda about how women are treated in a terrible way in India, and get easy money. Under the name of activity, the only thing, that they could manage to do is arrange one drawing competition. Money well spent. Rather then spending it to beat helpless men.

Why nagging by wives be made a criminal offense

Many people, might be surprised by the title. In India, the suicides of men (married men in particular) are increasing at an alarming rate every year. Every year, double the number of men commit suicide, then women. Men in India face enormous amount of stress. Tons of responsibilities are pinned on them. Right from childhood, it is imbibed on their mind, that they need to be protector and provider for the other members of their families. More specifically for the female members of their family. If the need arises they have to sacrifice themselves for their family.
All these unjust demands, are taking a heavy toll, on the physical and emotional well being of a men. Nagging is one of the worst form of torture, that can be inflicted on anyone. However when done to a man by a women, it goes un-noticed, and not even taken note of. A man, when he comes home, after a strenous day at work. Going through all the maddening traffic in India, with a very bad transport system. In the public transport system, (though the majority of travellers are male) reservation is made for females. So more stress for men. Finally when he reaches home, it is just for him, to expect some peace at home. But in many households the moment, the man enters the house, he faces a barrage of verbal abuse. Many men get depressed due to this inhuman behaviour that they are subjected daily at home. Since an over whelming majority of the husbands are afraid of their wives, they don't have the courage to reply back. Instead of helping such men, Indian society mocks at men. The problem is worsened by the fact that men are not even allowed to express their feelings about the abuse they undergo at home. If a men expresses his harassment, he becomes a subject of ridicule. Thus adding to the stress.
With nowhere to vent the treatment meted out to them, men who are crushed under these various pressures, try to find an outlet. The only outlet, for those specifically from lower strata of the society is to take recourse to some addiction like liquor. For some, this makes them deaf to the nagging of their wives. Some cannot bear the constant verbal torture, and try to answer it physically. In that too they loose, since the wife also fights back, but shouts loudly. And society views that a drunk husband has came home, and is hitting the poor abla naari (helpless women). Society now bays for the blood of the husband. And some "brave" people like Anna Hazare and his likes, who claim to be true followers of Gandhi. Take pleasure in canning such helpless and unarmed husbands.

Ironically, instead of tackling the root cause of the issue, Indian law makers create laws to encourage wicked women to harass men more. IPC 498A, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, CrPC 125, etc, are some example of these pervert mentality. The proposed draft about paying a house wife will add more misery to the life of Indian Men. Men have to face harassment at home, and they have to pay for that too !

Sexual Harrasment at Workplace Bill - Indian Men loosen your wallets

On 3rsd September 2012, LokSabha (lower house in Indian Parliament) passed the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Bill, 2012.  The bill can be downloaded here. As the name suggests, only women can benefit from this law. The bill talks about human rights, but is silent, as to why it offers protection only to women. For the government, men are not humans.

This law is designed with sole motive to extort money from Indian Men. Indian has a plethora of anti-husband laws. Many husbands who are harassed at home, try to take refuge at workplace. They try to immerse themselves in work.
Now government wants to destroy this safe house of theirs. So they have came up with this bill.

As per this law, sexual harassment,  is defined as follows, ''sexual harassment'' includes any one or more of the following unwelcome acts or behaviour (whether directly or by implication) namely:—
(i) physical contact and advances; or
(ii) a demand or request for sexual favours; or
(iii) making sexually coloured remarks; or
(iv) showing pornography; or
(v) any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature;

As can be seen, clause "v" of this law, is very vague and wide open to interpretation. It provides the opportunity to any unscrupulous women to file a complaint. Per this law, whether the complaint is valid or not, will be decided later. Irrespective of how frivolous any complaint is, it has to be investigated. The male employee who is accused, will be immediately under scanner.

Who is an employee  " ''employee'' means a person employed at a workplace for any work on regular, temporary, ad hoc or daily wage basis, either directly or through an agent, including a contractor, with or, without the knowledge of the principal employer, whether for remuneration or not, or working on a voluntary basis or otherwise, whether the terms of employment are express or implied and includes a co-worker, a contract worker, probationer, trainee, apprentice or called by any other such name;"

What is a workplace  ? ''workplace'' includes—
(i) any department, organisation, undertaking, establishment, enterprise, institution, office, branch or unit which is established, owned, controlled or wholly or substantially financed by funds provided directly or indirectly by the appropriate Government or the local authority or a Government company or a corporation or a co-operative society;
(ii)  any  private  sector  organisation  or  a  private  venture,  undertaking, enterprise,  institution,  establishment,  society,  trust,  non-governmental organisation,  unit or service provider carrying on commercial, professional, vocational, educational, entertainmental, industrial, health services or financial activities including production, supply, sale, distribution or service;
(iii) hospitals or nursing homes;
(iv) any sports institute, stadium, sports complex or competition or games venue, whether residential or not used for training, sports or other activities relating thereto;
(v) any place visited by the employee arising out of or during the course of employment including transportation provided by the employer for undertaking such  journey;
(vi) a dwelling place or a house;

Many men will say, "but my female colleagues are decent". Well, think again. The definition of an employee and workplace itself is very broad. As can be seen by clause "v", above, the definition of workplace, is very wide, and is not limited to your own office space.  The clause " in relation to workplace covered under sub-clauses (i) and (ii), the person discharging contractual obligations with respect to his or her employees;"  in conjunction with the definition of workplace. Any women can file such a complaint, in any workplace. So not just her own office. So a women from some other company/business, can file complaint against employees of other companies. Claiming that she was harassed there. Further, 3. (1) No woman shall be subjected to sexual harassment at any workplace.

No proof is necessary to lodge a complaint. The complaint of the women is enough, to accuse any employee. If the definition of "aggrieved woman" is considered, it can be safely concluded that, Any female in India (employed or unemployed) can file a case of sexual harassment against any male, working at any workplace.

The Bill dictates the creation of bodies to handle complaints, and in these bodies,
(b) not less than two Members from amongst employees preferably committed to the cause of women or who have had experience in social work or have legal knowledge;
(4) The Member appointed from among the non-governmental organisations or associations shall be paid such fees or allowances for holding the proceedings of the Internal Committee, by the employer, as may be prescribed.

By stipulating the creation of bodies (comprised of women) to handle the complaints. The bill creates opportunities of job creation for worthless women. The same type of women, who had been pushing hard for such a bill.

The punishment will be monetary compensation to the victim. Is that an invitation ? So if you have money, go ahead, harass someone. Pay money and close the case.

To mislead the people, there is clause added to prevent misuse, which is an eye-wash. Since the bill itself says "Provided that a mere inability to substantiate a complaint or provide adequate proof need not attract action against the complainant under this section". The Indian courts have been carrying out this dictum in letter and spirit.

All the proceedings of an inquiry is kept outside the purview of Right To Information, Act.
There is more such diseased stuff in the bill. I leave it up to the knowledgeable reader to pursue that.

So with nothing to loose, it won't be surprising, if there are a spate of sexual harassment cases filed across workplaces in India.

A tale of two judgements - How the Supreme Court of India treats citizens

Recently the Supreme Court of India(SC), gave two judgements, which got lot of media attention.
The first was about SC dismissing a writ petititon against Congress Leader and son of Sonia Gandhi, Mr.Rahul Gandhi. The judgement is uploaded here.
http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/rape-allegations-defamed-rahul-gandhi-says-supreme-court-cbi-may-explore-foreign-angle-281606

The other news was about SC quashing a case against a man's sister and her husband, on false allegations. The judgement is uploaded here.
http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2012-10-26/india/34748987_1_dowry-case-fir-apex-court

The first case, was an appeal to an order of Allahabad High Court, imposing a fine and dismissing the petition filed by an ex-MLA of Samajwadi Party, alledging Rahul Gandhi of a rape. The SC has used the choicest words of legal abuse to dismiss the appeal. Never ever had been so many abuses hurled in a single judgement. The SC decreased the monetary fine imposed by Allahabad HC but still maintained a fine of Rs.10 lac, which is exemplary.  SC said, the case "was based upon falsehood, was abuse of the process of court and was driven by malice" ....... "Courts  have,  over  the  centuries,  frowned  upon  litigants who, with intent to deceive and mislead the Courts, initiated proceedings without full disclosure of facts and came to the courts with ‘unclean hands’.   Courts have held that such litigants are neither entitled to be heard on the merits of the case nor entitled to any relief. " ...  "A litigant who attempts to pollute the stream of justice or who touches the pure fountain of justice with tainted hands is not entitled to any relief, interim or final." ...... " To enable  the  courts  to  ward  off  unjustified  interference  in  their working,   those   who   indulge   in   immoral   acts   like   perjury, prevarication  and  motivated  falsehood,  must  be  appropriately dealt  with." and more such observations were made.

In the second case, an appeal was filed by a man's sister, since his wife, had implicated her in a false dowry case. The complaint was filed with malafide intention. The wife had got divorce, and still filed a false case of harassment against her ex-husband and his family members. The sister had approached Allahabad High Court, which rejected her plea. However in this case, despite acknowledging that the complaint was totally false, the language in the judgement is very mild. The court doesn't lashes out the complainant for  lodging a false complaint. In fact the overall language of the judgement is very cautious. Despite having dealt with numerous such cases of false complaint by wives, the court was hesitant to utter even a single word against the complainant. All the enthusiasm it had shown in the earlier case, suddenly vanished.

This does raises the obvious questions, like, Why did the language of SC suddenly lost its sting ? Why no action was taken against the wife for lodging false complaint ? Not even a single rupee of fine. Does SC thinks that the relatives of husband don't have any honor ?

More sick is the attitude of Allahabad HC, which clearly showed a favorable bias in the first case.

People who expect justice from courts, are surely very naive, or just trying to get lucky.

Women throws her just born baby boy from third floor

A women in the Indian city of Surat, threw her just born baby boy, out of her window, resulting in its tragic death.
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/surat/Mother-throws-off-newborn-from-third-floor/articleshow/16972310.cms

In a chilling incident, a newborn baby boy died after he was flung from the third floor of an apartment by his mother in Puna area. ....
"Pooja has admitted to throwing the baby. We suspect that she did not want a child within a year of marriage," police inspector of Puna police station M N Parmar said.
According to police, neighbours and eye-witnesses called the ambulance service and admitted the newborn to Surat Municipal Corporation's SMIMER Hospital. However, the child did not survive. The incident was brought to light by one of her neighbours Vasubhai Sabalpara, who also lodged a complaint in this regard.

Just watched this on a news channel. The women was interviewed, and admitted that she threw the baby, from their apartment on third floor, out on the streets. A crowd had gathered outside the house, after the baby was thown down.

This incident again highlights how cruel women can be, and that crime is not associated with any gender. The orthodox view in India, is that a Mother is to be revered and she can never do anything wrong. The integrity of a mother should never be questioned. And this presumption is blindly applied to all women. Specifically to a wife. Killing of newborns, by their own mother is not new. http://cursedmale.blogspot.in/2012/10/indian-women-crushes-skull-of-her-three.html . However due to the orthodox mindset of Indian public, general public still aren't prepared to face the fact. Such news is received with sheer dis-belief. If it had been a baby-girl, they would have said, she was pressurized for giving birth to a girl. Now in this case, it is a boy, and the media is not highlighting the gender of the infant. Sheer nonsense arguments are put up to defend the women is question. Hope people stop portrayal of women always as abla-naari's (Helpless women) who do crime only because of duress.

Just imagine, what would have happened, if the genders of all in this scenario  would be reversed. Then it would had been the breaking news in media. Women organizations would have demanded a law to be framed, to keep fathers away from their newborns, the father, and his family members would have been beaten to pulp, and so on. But just because the accused is a young women, she is receiving sympathetic treatment.

Taliban style Rape Law in India

Yes, its true. Indian laws related to sexual offense (against women) are very similar to Taliban. The only difference being that in India, you replace male with female. In fact, the Indian laws are worse then the Taliban implemented sharia law.

Under Taliban law, rape can only be proven if the rapist confesses or if there are four male witnesses.
Under Indian law, if any women says she has been raped by a man. The man is convicted solely on the basis of the verbal testimony of the women.
Refer Indian Penal Code 375, 376. Indian Evidence Act 114A, and 146.

Some salient points about how the Indian courts consider arguments in rape cases.
- Mere verbal statement of any women is sufficient to start criminal proceedings against any man (of any nationality) in India. The words of the women are taken as gospel truth.
- Even if the women admits that the physical relationship was consensual. And she later wants to press rape charges, she can do so.
- If the women has NO injury marks, nor even bruises on her body. Indian courts view that such arguments do not deny the fact that she was raped.
- No women would ever lie about rape. So if she says, rape has happened, and even if there is no other evidence against the accused. The accused will be convicted. No DNA, or any other evidence is required. If there are lapses in the prosecution story, they are to be overlooked.
- If the accused tries to point finger at the character of the women. It will weigh heavily against him.
- The names and photos of the accused get published in news media. And even if the accused are acquitted, the name of the complainant remains secret.
- The accused remains in jail, throughout the trial. Only if the accused has tons of money, contacts, can he get bail. Else he will rot in jail. (In the TISS rape cases, all the accused were acquitted. But they had to rot in jail for the entire duration of trial. No apologies from the legal system for the torture they had to undergo.)

The Indian Supreme Court, has constantly reiterated all of the above in its judgements, and continues to do so.

Research has shown that most complaints of rape in India are fake.  A careful look at the all the major rape cases, shows the true nature of these fakes charges. Take for example, the Hinjewadi rape case. Despite no evidence of rape, the accused were convicted. There were plenty of gaps in the prosecution theory, all of which were overlooked. The judgement is available online. Such kind of judgements are a shame to any civilized society.

The Indian male mentality is very much like a dog. When dogs are copulating, other dogs don't like that, and start barking. Same is the case here. Whenever news of rape is published, passionate views flood the media house through web and SMS. A common, strong demand is to hang the accused, stone them in public, cut off his genitals, etc. And to torture them in the worst possible manner. These comments are based totally on the headline of a rape news. For the masses, the accused are already convicts.

The nonsense called "Reservation for Women"

In Pune(India), public buses entirely reserved for women have been launched. The authorities recruited and selected women conductors for these buses. Already in all public transport buses, 50% of the seats are reserved for female passengers. On one hand, there is a huge false propaganda, that the ratio of females is declining. Then why flat 50% reservation for women. Add to that, most of the people traveling are males. This makes the reservation for women pure nonsense. Even if an elderly male seats on these women only seats, normally young women would make the elderly man vacate the seat. This is the shameful "Women Power".

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/pune/Time-table-for-special-PMPML-buses-announced/articleshow/16711281.cms
 http://epaper.loksatta.com/60882/loksatta-pune/07-10-2012#page/3/2  (In Marathi)

TOI printed this story, but seemed ashamed to print, that women conductors had left their job immediately after just three days of service.

Why did these women conductors quit their job ? The primary reason being, that  women in general don't want responsibility. They don't want stressful jobs. They are mostly interested in non-stressful desk jobs. Add to it,  they know, that in general women are impolite and intolerant. It is much more easy to handle men. And more importantly,  women get harassed most from women. Hence women try to avoid each other, and hide behind men. If Indian women are so capable, why do they always run away from stressful jobs ?

Such reservation for women, is a very cheap gimmick. Even though majority of the workforce is male. That too, those who are involved in hard physically demanding jobs are mostly men. So who needs more travelling comfort, Men or Women ?  Most of the money that the public transport system makes, comes from men's pocket. And it is shamelessly splurged on facilities for lazy women. These women are really woe-men  (You are free to interpret :))

Indian women crushes skull of her three month old daughter, but pleads innocence

An Indian women crushed  her daughters head, which resulted in the death of the three month old child. Inspite of this in-humane act, the so-called social liberators in India, are out to defend the women.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/mumbai/Battered-babys-mom-hadnt-imagined-she-would-kill-her/articleshow/16692336.cms
Dharmishta told the cops that Aahuti had been crying incessantly and she couldn't take it anymore. In a fit of rage, she crushed the child's head while Aahuti was nuzzling up to her on September 23. Later she also crushed the infant's body, fracturing her ribs and spine.

As usual, the police have filed complaint against the father too. Even though the father was unaware of his wife's cruel acts.

Despite this gory act, Indian media is shamelessly trying to defend the women. Even though the perpetrator of the crime is a women, this is portrayed as a "Crime against women".  And trying to somehow  implicate the father too. Even when it is clear that the father was totally unaware of his wife's misdeeds

The outcome of this gruesome incident  is very predictable. The women in question will be acquitted, or let away with some very minor punishment. As was seen in the below case where the women, had mercilessly killed the infant, by fracturing its skull.

The judgement for this case is uploaded on google docs.

Even with all such events, Indian society still cannot believe that  "A women can be a criminal"

Indian mother sells baby boy to buy mobile phone, jeans and tops

An Indian mother sold her baby boy, for Rs. 5000 (less then $100).

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Mother-in-Odisha-sells-baby-boy-to-buy-mobile-phone-jeans-and-tops/articleshow/16657212.cms

the money was used to buy a mobile phone and a pair of jeans among other things. "Rakhi Patra of Mundamala village who sold her 17 month-old son for Rs 5,000 purchased a new mobile phone, a pair of jeans, few new tops (to go with the jeans) and memory cards for her mobile with the money," Jajpur superintendent of police Deepak Kumar said on Wednesday.

And further
Rejecting the mother's claim that she sold the child to meet the legal expenses of her jailed husband, Kumar said her new acquisitions were evidence of the fact that she did not sell her baby boy due to poverty.
...The woman refused to take back her son after police handed her the boy after recovering him from Cuttack on Tuesday.

Now in place of the baby boy, if it would have been a baby girl, imagine what would have had happened ? The news would have been plastered over everywhere. News media would be full of reports, as to how girl child are treated in an in-humane way in India.  How the gender ratio is so skewed in India. How girls are unwanted, blah blah blah.

Now this women has acted in an inhuman way and lied. But don't think, that she has committed any offense. Since it is a well settled principle of law in India, that women cannot commit any offense. And if she does, that would be because of some grave compulsion. And if anyone presses for charges against her, that person will be termed as "Anti-Women".

Being objective is termed as anti-women

During any gender debate, if you put unbiased thoughts about equality. That men and women should have equal rights and responsibilities too. You will be immediately termed as anti-women. Things have gone to such extreme, that even if you ask for basic rights for Men, and don't say anything about women. The first query, that is often put up is "Are you anti-women" ?  On the other hand, those who bash up males and put up extremely biased anti-male thoughts are hailed as social reformers.

If one looks at the real facts, like the constantly growing suicide of Men in India. If one tries to spread awareness about how men are over stressed in all spheres of life, and which is causing this silent genocide of men. Still the first query, that is often put up is "Are you anti-women" ?

If you objectively try to fight for Mens Rights, you will be always be labeled as anti-women by majority of the public. Why do people think that being objective is "anti-women". There are several reasons for that. We live in a society which is very gender biased, and heavily sympathetic to women. Add to it, from childhood, minds are poisoned against males. Human civilization has still to mature, to truly understand the meaning of equality. Till the time, that maturity comes, Mens Rights Activists (MRA's) will always be termed as anti women.

But are MRA's concerned about this narrow minded view of the society ?  Well of course not. Since MRA's know, that human civilization has not yet matured, and it will take years to shed thousands of years of cultivated anti-male hatred (misandry). If anyone is terming MRA's as anti-women. It is the incorrect perspective of the male hater. Hopefully with efforts of MRA's, we will live in a society, where there will be gender equality.

Does crime has a gender ?

Majority of the people, think that criminality is associated with the male gender. A direct reflection of this is the lenient attitude shown towards female criminals. There is a thinking that, if a female, has done any crime, it would be always because of some obligation, and not because of her own "free will".

There is another widespread view, that in some societies and religions, women are treated in a sub human way, and are denied basic rights, and violence is committed on them. Many of these idiots do not know, the real facts. For example the first suicide bomber used against Israel, was a female. Now how come in a society where women are said to be oppressed, confined only to their houses, would be able to do such a act. The feminists have no sound argument to counter this. All they can do is misguide the general public.
Female suicide bombers are almost everywhere. India's ex-prime minister Rajiv Gandhi, was killed by a female suicide bomber. In Tihar jail in Delhi, 46% of murder convicts are women. And even if a women kills her newborn, that is okay, which is what had happened in Thane.  The judgement is uploaded here. See how inferences are drawn, when the accused is a women.

When there is any news, in which a women is at the receiving end. Even if the perpetrators are women, people start shouting that women need to be protected, and anti-male laws are demanded. This pervert demand stems from the mentality  that only males are criminal. Such male hatred needs to be stopped.

Why are anti male laws created in India ?

The Indian government and  publicity hungry feminists(Krishan Tirath, Renuka Chaudhary, et al) are hell bent on destroying the Indian family system.
Aesops fables teach us a lot, below is a very beautiful story, as to why the feminists are hell bent on destroying the Indian family system.

The Fox without a Tail

One day a fox was out walking when suddenly he heard a loud snapping noise and felt a sharp pain in his rear.
“Ooooow!!!!” howled the fox, tears coming to his eyes. “That hurts. Ooooow!!!
The fox looked behind him and saw his tail was caught in a trap. He struggled and struggled to get free but his tail was firmly stuck in the jaws of the trap.
With one last frantic effort the fox used all his strength and broke free.
“Ooooow!!!!” howled the fox as he looked behind him and saw his tail still stuck in the trap. All he had left was a little stump on his backside.
“My tail, my beautiful fluffy tail. What will I do?” he cried. “How will I face all the other foxes without my beautiful tail? It will be so embarrassing.”
The fox thought and thought and finally came up with a plan.
He called all the other foxes together for a meeting.
When the other foxes saw the little stump on his backside they began to laugh.
“I've cut off my tail on purpose and I want you all to do the same” he yelled over the laughter.
Fox“A large tail is more trouble than it's worth”, he shouted. “When we're being chased by dogs it gets in the way, and when we get together for a talk you never know what to do with it. Do you wrap it around your feet, do you sit on it, or do you leave it out for some one to trip over?” asked the fox.
“So now is the time to free yourself from your tail and join me in a tailless society.”
One of the older foxes shook his head and said, “You wouldn’t be saying that if you still had a beautiful tail. You’re only saying that out of your own self interest and because you’re embarrassed.”
All the other foxes walked off laughing with their big bushy tails proudly pointing upwards.
The End
What is the moral of this story?
Do not trust some one with self-interest
Misery loves company
Losing a tail is embarrassing.

The attitude of so called liberated feminists is same as the fox with broken tail. An analysis shows that the family life of these women is all screwed up. They don't have a good family life. Hence they always paint men as evil, who should suffer. And they want the same to happen in other households. Because of their own selfish attitude and misandry (male hatred), they are hell bent on making insane laws like "paying salary to house wives". Not content with making Indian men insecure at home, the "sexual harassment at workplace Bill" is going to make life more difficult for Indian men at workplace.

Be a proud fox, and destroy the feminist rants about how women are routinely oppressed, when it is a known fact, that in India, women are more powerful then men. (e.g. Sonia Gandhi, Sushma Swaraj, etc)

It is time, that the general public recognize the true intent of these evil legislations, which are supposed to protect women, but in reality do nothing, but harass innocent men, and increase their suicide count.

Indian Husband has to pay salary to wife !!!

Yeah, you read it right, quantify and pay salary to housewives.

http://post.jagran.com/be-ready-to-pay-salary-to-your-wife-1346764680
There is good news for housewives as they are likely to get monthly income from their husbands. The Union Ministry of Women and Child Development is mulling to prepare a draft in this regard.Very soon, the housewives will be paid for their hard work in line with the working women. The ministry is drafting a proposal to empower women. The proposal will be introduced soon before the Union Cabinet. Once the proposed bill becomes the law, it will become mandatory for the husband to pay a definite amount of his salary to his wife each month.

Consider what will happen, if this becomes a law. By quantifying such a thing, the government is shaming wives the most. If you start paying money to the services rendered by everyone in your family, it will negatively impact the emotional bonding between family members.  Tomorrow, they will force husbands to pay their wives, for any (physical) pleasure(even if they don't get)  that they can derive from her.

If your wife is earning handsomely, don't think, that you are safe from such crooked laws. The lawmakers ensure, that each wife, whether she is earning or not, gets her (un)fair share from her husband. And if the wife is going to get the money for free, a good percentage of them, would try to get it.

The Indian govt is hell bent on turning the institute of marriage into institutionalized prostitution. The above news is a step in that direction. And this is not the only step that the govt has taken. Already India has a  whole basket of matrimonial laws, which provides unscrupulous wives various ways to extort money from husbands. HMA 24 and 25, Domestic violence act, CrPC 125, proceedings under restitution of marriage - HMA 9, the soon to be enacted Marriage Ammendment Bill, and so on.

With such incentives, it is not surprising that many wives would rather just sit idle, and get free doles from their husbands, with the kind blessings of the Indian judicial system.  And all this under the guise of women empowerment !!!

By breaking the family system, the government will have more control over people. Since with the family  system gone,  government can more easily exploit people.

The false propaganda of Crime Against Women

If a women hurts/cheats another women, shall it be labelled as crime against women ?  Yes it is. However, for all crime against women, Men are held responsible, and laws are enacted to that effect, to harass Men. Going by the same logic, when a man is hurt/harassed, it should be labelled as crime against men. And should laws be framed to hold women responsible for that ? And going by numbers, crime against men is a much much bigger issue, then crime against women. Please refer http://ncrb.nic.in/ for statistics.

The general perception is that crime against women, necessarily means that a man, must have harassed an abla naari. Going by reality on ground, this is very incorrect. Unfortunately by reality, people today believe, what is shown in media. Media doesn't show reality, they show, news items, that are spicy(aka yellow journalism).  A news like "girl molested/raped" gets more viewership, then one, which says, "farmer used innovative techniques to improve crop production". So media tries hard to find news about women being harassed. And if they don't find one, they stage it.As is evident from the recent news about molestation in Assam. http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/Guwahati/Scribe-behind-Assam-molestation/Article1-889772.aspx   Crime against Men, well people don't even think about it, since it is not so spicy. Not a spicy topic to do time pass discussion.

Crime against women, very clearly implies, that don't treat women as equal to men. Such narrow minded classifications, are orthodox, and regressive. Normally the self proclaimed women reformers are in the forefront, of always, classifying anything related to women in a very perverted manner. This is very dangerous for society, and is very destructive.A glaring example of this destruction, is the huge number of male suicides in India. Due to the biased Indian laws, tens of thousands of crores are wasted due to lost productivity of Men who get caught in false cases of crime against women.

Satyamev Jayate and the art of False Propaganda

This blog post is dedicated to the arm-chair, self-proclaimed conscious social activist. Please read this ENTIRE post before commenting.....

*.) On 6th May, I saw the episode of "Satyamev Jayate"(SJ) on TV. Female foeticide was the topic. I nearly cried seeing the episode. Girls  are being killed in their mothers womb. Amir Khan did a fantastic job. I was horrified to learn about this ancient practise still being carried out in modern day India. Helpless abla naari's are forced to abort their child. What an evil society (sob sob). The episode was a real eye opener.
They showed how male:female ratio is getting lop sided. Grooms aren't finding brides because of all this female foeticide. Thus adding to the problem in a "sex-starved" country. Suddenly it struck me, if I go outside my house, I see mostly males everywhere. Where  have all the ladies gone ? In buses, on roads, in offices, everywhere males are more in number then women. My God, how ignorant of me, how come I didn't realized this. That's why, No "nayan sukh" tch tch.
I browsed through their website, and pledged my support to the cause. I posted my comment. I felt better.  I have done my small bit for the cause. Well done Amir. I will try spreading the word. STOP killing the GIRL child.

*.) Indira Gandhi
So well entrenched is the male dominance in this country, that women face an uphill task proving themselves in this country. Take the e.g. of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. Only because of this lady's charisma, the Congress party could win elections. But still she couldn't become the PM, when she had every right to it. Issues about her foreign origin were raised. Clearly overlooking the fact, that her stay in India is more then in Italy. Even now, this same male dominated society is okay to accept her son Rahul, but her highly talented daughter Priyanka has been kept away from politics. Indira Gandhi, was similarly taunted as "Goongi Goodiya" meaning dumb doll. Keep in mind, that this same, dumb doll, handed Pakistan a crushing defeat. No male Indian PM has been ever able to equal her feat. Shame to the gender-biased Indian people, sorry men.

*.) Every now and then there are rape stories in the media. One survey had concluded that India was the 4th most dangerous place for women, in the whole world. Shame on Indian men. They are no.1 lechers and not content with being lecher, if they see, any gullible women, their first thought is to rape them.

*.) Bride burning
From the book, Super Freakonomics  - "More then 100,000 young Indian women die in fires every year, many of them "bride burnings" or other instances of domestic abuse.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. Amir Khan must create one more episode on this.

*.) Aryan Invasion Theory
The local people in India were an uncivilized lot. Hence the Aryans had to come down to educate these people (or rather beasts). The Aryans transformed the culture of this country from being uncivilized adivasis to one of the most advanced culture in the world at that time. However with time, all that the Aryans taught was forgotten, and thousands of years later, it took the British to reform this country. Had the British not arrived in India, India would have never caught up with the world in the area of science, and all aspects of modern civilization.
Conclusion ::  India is really an evil country. India is the worlds biggest arms importer, and preaches peace to the world, what a hypocrisy. The USA should probably nuke this country alongwith Af-Pak.  That would solve most of the world's problem. This area is a hot bed of problem for the world.

Please note, that all of the above are equally true (or equally false). If your believe in one, you believe in ALL of these. Some people would agree with some, and disagree with some. If you agree with any of these, please continue reading below.
The intelligent person would easily know, the true facts, and that all of the above examples are plain bull crap.

*.) Female foeticide
There are stringent laws in place to tackle this so-called fantasy.
IPC - 313. A mere verbal complaint by any women, that she was forced to abort her child, can land whoever she accuses in jail. Whether her accusations are true or false, is a subject matter of trial. The very trials, which are slow and torturous. The punishment for this offence is 10 years to life imprisonment.
Propaganda is that female infanticide is going on for centuries. Then by this time, female species should have had vanished in India (or atleast some parts of it)  ?
If the gender ratio is so lop sided, then common sense would tell that demand for brides would be higher and dowry would be given to girl's family, isn't it ? Still AK shows how prevalent dowry practise is in India, and how girls family is harassed.

*.) Bride Burning

*.) Rape Stories
Please wait, the Indian govt is working on introducing new laws to curb this menace. It might help you to know, that majority of the rape cases are found to be of consensual intercourse. Just deal gone bad. Do RTI and collect your own data. Even google will show you some data. Check judgements on rape cases - both acquittals and convictions.

*.)  Indira Gandhi - She was very eager to attack Pakistan, at that very moment. But the then army chief convinced her to wait, and prepare well. He won the war, and accolades went to Indira. She was called Devi(Goddess), etc. What the army won during war, was lost by Indira at the discussion table with Pakistan. During her rule, sycophancy had reached its peak. If you read current news, you yourself decide about Sonia Gandhi and Congress.

Hope in the future, you will use your brains first, before jumping to conclusion on false propaganda like "Female Foeticide".

The problem most people in India have is that the show is conducted by Amir Khan(AK). AK is a good actor. But being a good actor, doesn't means, he is conscious about the social reality. Majority of the Indians take the criticism directed towards AK as very personal. When emotions run high, objectivity is normally the first casualty. If people don't have the stomach to face opposing views, such people shouldn't speak/debate about social issues. Most of these AK fans are arm chair activists.
The AK fans say, he is spreading awareness. Fact is, AK is earning money, out of pain inflicted on society. This is actually a severe form of moral corruption. More to say, but tired of the tirade now :)

Please stop spreading misandry (male hatred)

It is taboo to speak about male foeticide in India

The Indian media is always full of stories about female foeticide. If one speaks about female foeticide, media glamorizes the speaker. The speaker is seen as progressive. While the real fact remains, that such people, who talk about female foeticide, are fraudsters. They are intellectually hollow, and morally corrupt. They don't have any data to back their rubbish claims, but they use this topic to gain cheap publicity.

While on the other hand, talking about male foeticide is a big taboo. Anyone raising the issue is made fun of, and considered an idiot. Any news items related to male foeticide are suppressed by the media. Brothel is one such place, where male foetus, are selectively aborted, and no one gives a damn about it.Many so called "social activists" go to brothel to rescue women, but haven't heard anyone going there to stop this male foeticide.

When the news about foetuses found in a garbage dump surfaced. As usual brain dead people started barking about female foeticide. Only when the news came out that majority of these foetuses were male, did these  misandrist stopped barking. "Out of the 13 foetuses found, three were female, six were male and the sex of the rest of them could not be determined." Which means, it is okay to kill males.

The below article cites instances.

Damaging environment helps Women Empowerment ?

Lavasa - one look at this project, and if you are conscious of your surrounding environment, you will realize the environmental disaster that this project has wrecked. There is lot of opposition amongst the locals, since this project has been created on land, forcefully taken  from farmers for the greater good. The project is for the richie rich, by ruthlessly damaging the fragile ecosystem there.

Many morons think that women generally are more environmentally sensitive, that they are less corrupt, etc, then men. With these so called "grand" positives, you will expect the "empowered" women to oppose this project. Lets check the reality. Have a look at the Lavasa Womens Drive. This event is a car rally from Mumbai/Pune to Lavassa. It is an all women event. It serves two lofty purposes. To promote Lavasa, and showcases "women power".  The participating women are all "achievers" in real life.
Vehicles are notorious for pollution. What better ways to help nature, then by emitting pollutants in an environmentally sensitive area. Google search yourself, and see these empowered women in action.

While the likes of those opposing Lavasa get little publicity, such empowered women, easily get publicity.
Crux of the matter is women empowerment is nothing but a sham, to gain cheap publicity and mislead people. One politician very closely related to Lavasa is spreading the myth of female foeticide in Maharashtra. And so are these empowered women. God Save India and Indian Men.

Is Delhi the r*pe capital or wh*re capital

The Indian media has painted Delhi as the rape capital of India. This slander has mainly been spread by cheap journalists. Majority of these journo's  are losers, incompetent, don't want to do hard work, and are always looking for easy and spicy news items. To the uninformed,  most of these rape cases are false. (If you are interested, dig around for facts.)

Yesterday, this news caught my attention
http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/panchkula-double-murder/1/168609.html
It was about a murder of a women and her daughter. The duo was found murdered in their home. The daughter was earlier involved in an MMS campaign. She had circulated MMS of another girl. (Note - Majority of so called crime against females are perpetrated by females only). Now comes the interesting part. The news report at the end said "The police also recovered around 150 condom packets from the house and were probing its connection with the murders."
Certainly these women weren't running AIDS awareness campaign, to stockpile so many condoms.
Would it be a possibility that it is a case of a deal went bad, and the women in question threatened to cry "rape". Given that majority of the rape cases are false, this is a strong possibility. And the person(maybe a gentlemen) in question,  might have thought it better to shut these women, rather then face the ignominy of being labeled as a "rapist" !!!
Given India's draconian rape laws, this is very much a possibility. And more and more men, might take this extreme step, rather then get screwed by the tyrannical laws.

Despite all of this, unfortunately instead of being called the "whore" capital, Delhi is being called as the "rape" capital.

Why Family courts got created in India

On Maharashtra State Commission for Women website, under the below link the reasons for creation of Family court is given.
http://mahilaayog.maharashtra.gov.in/new/spl_court.php

The reason, that is given is "Family Courts were established for Women". So should men expect justice from such a court ?

The page further states that "Advocates are normally not allowed in the Family Court. However, they are permitted in special circumstances." Nothing can be farther from truth. Family court is full of lawyers. In fact, people (whose cases are going on) are told to wait outside the court room, and only lawyers are allowed to move freely.

Reality is that family courts are created to harass (mostly innocent) husbands, and to extort their hard earned money. Such is the secrecy in family courts, that they don't even publish their judgements on internet. Since transparency brings down corruption. Judiciary always hates transparency.

International Men's Day Press Release, by Men's Rights Association

We (Men's Rights Association) had a very good response, for the International Men's Day Press Release held at Patrakar Bhavan, Pune, India.

The links for the  Press Release  are here  =>   English    Marathi.  The docs are in pdf format.

There were about 30+ journo's to cover this. Hope they print all this stuff. The facts(bitter truth) were difficult to  swallow for many of them.  Got a plethora of queries.   Overall  the event was pretty good.
All of this stuff shatters the orthodox/conventional mind set. Past experience, has proved, that those who have   came with open mind, have accepted the position, that Male is the weaker gender, and not female, as is portrayed.
Happy Men's Day in advance to ALL of You.

Ladies and Jerks

It is a common practice by males to refer to "any kind of" women as a lady. Though the synonym of lady is gentleman, men are rarely referred to as gentleman. Men are mostly referred to as guy, man, etc. The general attitude of such males is that by default most males are jerks. But they forget that they themselves are the jerks.

Most men, think, that they are showing gentlemanly behavior, when they are referring to any woman as a lady. But since they themselves don't show much respect to males overall, this behavior of referring to any women as lady, makes them look like a jerk. This rubbish practice is widely prevalent in Indian society.  These men, are the fallacy of propaganda, which tells people, to respect a women, solely on the basis of her gender. This chivalrous behavior cuts through all  strata of society. By showing chivalry towards women, while showing disrespect  towards other males, makes them look sex starved.

But there are still some gentleman left, who  refer to their male counterparts as gentleman. May their tribe increase.

The need of the hour is to in-culminate gender neutral behavior, and not be blinded  by gender of any person, specifically females :-)

Why Maria Susairaj got "acquitted"

Because, she is woman !
Many would find this offensive but that is the truth. Please read her confessional statement.  Inspite of retracting her own statements, the judge didn't took ANY action against her, for this treachery. Why ? because she is a woman.  The Indian law prescribes punishment of upto seven years, for false evidence. She did all she could, to mislead people, but still she went scot free. Indian law(judiciary), is  prescribed  to the view that women, never lie, and if they do, they do because of pressure from someone else.  How can an abla naari commit such a heinous crime. The two males were to be blamed. Why did Niraj went at night to Maria's place ? So that he can threaten the abla naari, who was alone ? Many such questions, would come, if the case goes to high court.

Still, for people who are clamoring for heavy punishment for her, my best wishes.

Maria has said, that she was raped, by her boyfriend. Now what do you call that ?

Does Family Implies only Females ?

Different people have different viewpoints about anything, but in social norms, normally not many viewpoints are available. Case in point is the definition of a family. Though some may argue, that there are different views about family, when it comes to practice, there is still a majority view, which is acceptable to most people. The majority view is normally conservative. What is that view ? That view is that females are an essential part of a family, and that they need to be protected. Take an e.g. of family room/areas in a restaurant. If a group of females(with no accompanying male), enters the family area, they are greeted. It can be that none of the females are related by any blood relationship, or they may be just acquaintances of each other. But they can go in the family area. However, if say two men, who are brothers, try to enter the family room, they are normally stopped, and requested to occupy the general area. If they have a female(who may not be a "family" member) accompanying them though, they can enter the family area.

Even when people inquire a man about his family, they essentially are asking about his wife. (Indian) Society feels that females, more specifically wife is an essential part of any family. And without a wife, there can be no family. So even though, you have a loving an caring mother, sister, father, brother. That amounts to nothing, for general people. It is a faulty and shallow viewpoint though. Since these people think, that if you are not pro-creating, you aren't part of the society. It is essential to note that Indian scriptures do not mandate such a thing. Though scriptures speaks about Grushasthshram, it is not mandatory. God Hanuman never married, even when many efforts were made towards that end  by his "well-wishers". Though, if we think about it, Hanuman is an essential part of Ram's family. At their core, even other religions would subscribe to this view.
