Fallacy of rising crime against women

The latest figures released by Maharashtra Police, sheds light on the false propaganda of rise in crime against women.

Per these stats, the only crimes that are on rise is dowry  related. Research has proved the reason, why dowry related crimes are seen as increasing. It is very easy to lodge a false dowry harassment complaint. Lodging a false complaint by a wife is not a  crime, per the Indian judiciary. Additionally any death of a married woman is  recorded as dowry death. It has became a huge extortion racket. Laws meant to protect wife, are very loosely worded, and are rampantly used to harass honest straight forward husbands, and his relatives.  It is high time, that these moronic laws (read IPC 498A, 304B, 306, etc )are scrapped.

How you can stop the suicides

Since there is a mass tyranny going on in India, due to the legal terrorism unleashed on millions of people. Some people started voicing their concern, and are fighting against this unjust law (IPC 498A). After years of steady efforts(and thousands of suicides), the government, has finally decided to have a re-look at this tyrannical law. Currently it is pending before law commission. Though the govt won't repeal this unjust law, it is the duty of every responsible citizen, to voice their concern against such unjust laws.

Why did the family committed suicide

Recently in Pune, four members of a family(a man, his brother, and parents) committed suicide.

http://www.mid-day.com/news/2011/mar/240311-news-pune-suspect-internal-fracas-case-of-suicide.htm

http://www.dnaindia.com/mumbai/report_harassed-four-of-pune-family-kill-themselves_1523979

Though, whoever heard about it, sympathized about the family, many were in self denial about the real cause of the suicide. The man had written a well thought out and very elaborate, five page will before dying. Both the man and his brother were very well educated, and had been very succesful in their respective careers. They were in a very good financial condition. Then why did they committed suicide ?

To the honored, dishonor is worse than death.
  - Bhagwad Gita (2.34)

Turned out, that the man had been married last year. The marriage didn't turned out well. The wife started tormenting the husband. She even went to his office, and created a fracas, over there, to embarrass him. She threatened to file a police complaint against him. Unable to bear the agony, he and his family committed suicide.

Hmm, sounds crazy, and hard to believe ? Well in that case, you must not have heard about the dreaded Indian Penal Code, Section 498A. This tyrannical law was passed in the year  1983, by the Indian Parliament. The goal behind enacting this law, was to curb  "dowry menace". Since according to propaganda (as shown in various films, and newspapers, of that time) Daughter In Law, was the most harassed species on earth. So the law was made very harsh. It gave the power to any Indian wife to go to local Police Station, and lodge a complaint against her husband, and any of his relatives. Upon such a complaint, the police were duty bound to arrest the husband, and anyone, who has named by the abla naari. In legal terms, this is called, cognizable, and non-bailable.

As time passed on, many unscrupulous Indian wives discovered, that they can simply go to any police station in India, and lodge a complaint against their husbands. The law made it mandatory, that the wife can lodge the complaint, in any corner of the country. The police had to take the complaint, and act. Unless though, the husband, is a politician, and has got money and connections.

Quite obviously the main victims of this tyrannical law, were honest, straight forward husbands, and their family members. With the growth in knowledge about this deadly legal provision, thousands of cases started being filed, across the country. The result - in the last ten years, more then a million men (11,01,337) and 3,24,951 women have been arrested,  The fact, that more then 98% of these people got acquitted is testimony to the fact, that most of these cases were false.
It comes without saying, that all these abla naari's go scot free, after filing all these false cases.

Since society views that "no smoke without fire". But society doesn't realizes that in matrimonial issues,  wherein most of the cases due to minor ego issues, cases are lodged, doesn't means that husband should be sent to jail.

Below link, gives good analysis, of what kind of wife lodges a 498A case.
http://indianhusbands.blogspot.com/2005/08/498a-made-for-sita-but-surpanakhas-are.html

It is no wonder that 498A is always preceded with the word false, and these cases are termed as false 498A. One can do a thesis on this. In fact, one person, already has on some aspect of these.

Repealing of this tyrannical law will be a fitting tribute, to the victims of the suicide.

Tolerance for legal terrorists (and their supporters) ?

Normally everywhere the norm is now, zero tolerance for sexual harassment. In India, what this means is particularly zero tolerance, for any even suggestive action against young females. Indian law, identifies this female, as young female, and mostly a wife. The law is trying to be more broad, and broaden the base of what it means by  "females". There is a huge industry around,  which has got its own vested interests (with of course not so honest motives) in shaping the opinion of general public, as to how these venerable females need to be showered with protection, care, benefits, etc. These people, are very much behind  campaigns like Domestic Violence Against Women(Bell Bajao), Save the Girl Child, etc. On the face of this, even though this campaigns sound, very noble, they are not. If you do a little surface scratching, you easily understand the sham behind all these campaigns. Keep in mind, all these campaigns are funded by the money of tax payers. Money is just one aspect of it. The social implications, of this feminist onslaught is catastrophic. Take a look at western europe. By some estimates, due to low birth rate, we will start to see the end of western civilization as we know of. (males aren't marrying, due to feminist laws, resulting in low birth rates, and resulting in declining population). Thanks to the feminazi's, the same disease has taken firm roots in India.

It is the feminists, who are spreading the poison of  misandry (male hatred), and worse are those, who blindly believe them. The ones, who support them, are equally evil, because, without their support, these feminists, won't make much headway. Silent supporters of evil, are equally evil, history is  testimony to that. This evil nexus needs to be broken.

Well of course, we need to weed out this evil. And do we need to show any tolerance to those who perpetrate this evil ? Of course NOT. We need to have a zero tolerance policy against the perpetrators of legal terrorism, and also those, who are silent supporters.

Note - I will keep updating this post.

Should Death by Stoning be Introduced ?

It seems many people are eager to introduce the heinous punishment of, death by stoning. Most likely many of your friends, might have the same views too.

Recently some person, had posted a picture, which depicted a man, dragging a girl by the hair, the caption was "0MG! This GUY must be St0ned to Death for doing this to a GIRL!"
Surprisingly this pic, was circulated quickly, and gathered a  fan following in 10's of thousands, very quickly. The people who supported this, can be easily termed as cold-blooded. Simply by seeing a picture, of which they do not have any context, no verification, whether it is a fake or not, they readily believed it. And they even supported stoning the guy to death. Wow. Many (sick) guys would have supported it, to show to their female friends, how much they care about girls. Is there any difference between taliban, and the supporters of such pic ?

In many developed countries, capital punishment is banned, however serious the crime be. But here people have pronounced a very cruel way of capital punishment, for pulling hair.

If you are really in a bad mood, and want to kick anyone's ass, I would say, people who liked this crap pic, should be on top of your list.

Why institution of marriage came into being ???

A legend goes, as to how the institution of marriage was created.

There was a sage called Uddalaka. He had a son called Swetaketu.  Swetaketu was a small boy aged about eight  or 10 years.  Uddalaka was making morning oblations to the Sun God.  His wife was supplying water  to him.  While the oblations were continuing, another Brahmin came and made a proposition to the lady  that  they  should  go  together  for sexual intercourse  and  the lady readily agreed.  The boy was taken aback and Swetaketu told his father:  "How is it that you have allowed my mother  to  go with another  man?"  The father, Uddalaka says:  "Boy, that is the rule of the land." But Swetaketu did not agree.  At a later stage, he became a great sage. He  wrote  an  Upanishad  also  and  he  propounded  the   first   theory   of Uddalaka-Swetaketu principles  where  in  adultery was prohibited.

As can be seen from above, that an adulterous women, was what prompted creation of institute of marriage. Also it was initiated by a son, who wanted his parents to stay with him. However, when he drafted the laws, he didn't got prejudiced, and made the law gender neutral, i.e. he forbade adultery by both the husband and wife.

However, centuries later, (rather more then 2 millennium) when Hindu Marriage Law (HMA), was drafted, it didn't forbade made adultery by a wife a crime. But ironically, the law said that, if a wife commits adultery, the man with whom, she commits adultery is the guilty person. The law takes the view, that the wife is innocent, and has been deceived :) Probably the law makers were too prejudiced, with what was happening in their own lives.

HMA also favors wives, when custody of children is given, when couples seperate. Which in itself, negates the whole concept of marriage.

All this, made one very highly knowledgeable person, remark (before 1983)
"Marriage has became nothing more then institutionalized prostitution."

Shiney Ahuja and biased Indian laws

The recent case of Shiney Ahuja, has brought into spot light, how tyrannical Indian laws really are. His maid, who accused him of rape, later retracted her statement in the court.
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/bollywood/news-interviews/Shiney-never-raped-me-Maid/articleshow/6512247.cms

For those, who are aware of cases of offenses against women, this was no surprise. In fact it is a standard practise in India, by unscrupulous (mostly young) women, to misuse laws, and file false caes to extort huge amount of money from the accused. Indian laws presume, before any investigation, that a complaint made by a women of harassment against a men is genuine.
Most of these laws are very strict, bail is not so easy to get. Shiney Ahuja, with all his money and fame, still had to spend 100+ days in prison. Image, what is the plight of millions languishing in Indian prisons, under such false cases. Will it be surprising, if atleast some amongst these millions decide to react for all the atrocities committed on them ? It is not surprising, then, that the Indian legal system is good at creating criminals.

Add to it, we have incompetent and corrupt judges, who add to the misery of innocent accused. With all the trial by media, and sex starved Indian society, the innocent accused is driven to despair. No wonder India, has such a high rate of suicides amongst males, in the age group of 20 to 50.
